Edit: originally rated 1* due to how this FedEx branch operated and lack of a drop-off point in my city, I was desperate and fearing I have no way to retrieve my package unless I take a day off from work. A super helpful and patient FedEx driver attempted to deliver my package a second time in same day and saved me from my dilemma. Thank you!

Unfortunately, Fedex has proven to be a dishonest company from my perspective. Due to multiple deaththreats we don't write our names on any doors or mailbox. Therefor sometimes we experience problems with the mail. Fedex ONLY sends invoices for import duties by physical letter, so sometimes we receive letters months after they were sent and in some cases, the letters never show up. When they don't show up, Fedex sends over the case to an incasso company by the name Svea Finans (look at their Google ratings as well for more info). This company Svea Finans also send their claims by letter and last time we had a problem with the mail ariving, we contacted them stating that we never received the first few claims, only a very recent one, where they had added multiple fees etc. According to the law they are responsible for the mail to be handed to us! That being said, they did not want to back down, threatening with even more fees etc. We agreed to meet in the middle only conditioned by them imidiately contacting us per mail if they notice a claim that is not being paid, instead of contuniously sending letters that they know do not arive, adding additional fees in the future. Now we have the same problem without any notice via mail as per requested - and this time, Svea Finans claims that Fedex is about to take us to court regarding the unpaid claims. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD UNDERSTAND, THAT WE WISH TO PAY!! It was never about us not being able or willing to pay the original import duties - but not for unnessecary extra fees etc, for which we are not responsible! NEVER AGAIN FEDEX! Spread the word about this dishonest company that they are cooperating with in Denmark! - For B2B customers - my personal opinion !!! Beware that any relation to this company might proof to have consequences in regards to your reputation

Terrible home service, absolutely the worst, I will never use it, willingly! Specially after the service, my wife got, from them.
Sends SMS with delivery date and the estimate of delivery before 18:00. I stay at home to be able to open the door. Nothing arrives, have to look up the delivery myself, which is still somewhere in Europe. Thanks. Isn't that your business, to deliver goods at a specific date?
Do not answer their freaking phone, don't call you when they are outside your home. They just stand there hoping you'll see them and then leave without letting you know that they were ever there. And then they tell you that you missed the delivery and wasn't available. Yet I have been home all day waiting.
