I am sorry there is a \zero star\ option. My experience with the service was disappointing. Kind and polite, yes. But totally uninformative. When we ordered the bed in the shop, we asked until what point/where is the bed transported. The guy said was going to be transported to the apartment-cool right? No, they did not. Apparently we had to pay if we wanted it delivered-which is fine with me-it's just that the guy did not introduce us to the options even we asked them. Secondly, the customer service was out of reach for two consecutive days. I needed to change the delivery date since I had no-one to help me. I was alone with the 3 mo old baby. In the end, it was not possible to contact them. Third, they delivered in the wrong exit, which was far away from the entrance they claimed in the document. I have not tried the bed yet; the material could be good but the service people were totally incompetent. Very very unsatisfied.

Basse i butiken är den bästa! Alla andra är säkert duktiga. Men Basse vet hur man får en att välja rätt säng.

Fick mkt bra hjälp (trodde jag) när jag köpte min säng från Stjärnbädden här för ett antal år sedan. Enligt säljaren skulle den hålla i minst 20 år. Nu efter 4 år är det som att sova i ett slukhål. Hela mittendelen av sängen har sjunkit ihop och enligt Sova omfattas inte detta av nån garanti. Åkte till ett annat sängföretag som berättade att Stjärnbädden tvärtemot vad säljaren på Sova sa var en rätt så dålig säng. Känns trist när man lagt ner 25 000 kr.
Personalen går förbi utan att hälsa. När man sedan ber om hjälp är de helt ointresserade. Ointresserad personal...
Fräsch lokal och flotta sängar. Personalen är extremt ”sälj-inriktad” och passar inte riktigt mig. Har tidigare köpt en Carpe Diem säng här för närmare 35.000 som vi är halvnöjda med. Har dock blivit väldigt väl bemött både per telefon och i butik i ett returärende gällande lexingtonhanddukar. Jag blev professionellt bemött av duktig personal.
