The experience at Snapphane exceeded my already high expectations. From the maître and his kind and relaxed attitude (thanks for the extra bread!) all the way to fantastic interiors that gave us the opportunity to observe the craftsmanship of the chefs in the open kitchen. Then the food, of course, the true star of the evening, five courses beautifully paired with delicious wines (and very very generous pouring each time!). A special mention to the pork (pure heaven) and the duck, but the remaining three dishes (the starter, the fish and the dessert) were scrumptious too. Totally recommended

Visited Snapphane for lunch with my wife without booking a table and we were guided to a small suitable table for two. We had the set menu and we both enjoyed the food. The service was ok - not very tentative and a place where the restaurant certainly can improve. The price of having lunch is absolutely fair compared to the courses we had and we will certainly come back again for a second serving.
Very cozy environment, existing unique food offers.
The food expirience was good, service ok but not up to the standard what I expect for the price level of the restaurant. Wine was marched to the food in a good way. I can recommend to try this restaurant.
Great four course dinner with wine package. First time eating sweetbread, and was really delicius. Wine axxopmpaning had high oak taste. The perch was the only dish with somewhat pale taste.
Lovely food and great atmosphere. I think this place takes their cooking pretty seriously in the best possible way. I also appreciate that our waiter clearly was being himself (and not trying follow the unwritten rules on how a waiter should act.) An example: I really dislike coriander/fresh cilantro. Since the concept at Snapphane is to prepare a meal with three main ingredients I thought it would be great to mention that fact when asked if I had any allergies or things I couldn't eat. Our waiter's response was at very dry: \That's not gonna happen\ - my kind of place :-) One word of warning: they are very generous with the wine if you choose the wine pairing menu.
Had business dinner here and all were delighted. Fresh local ingredients with excellent wine list. Nice open kitchen so you can watch the action.
The best wines and how it wa paired with the food I've ever had. However the food was good but slightly below expectation for such a place.
