My wife and I had dinner at Sture and we both enjoyed it tremendously. We had many exciting dishes and the balance between traditional and experimental was great. The reason we are only awarding Sture four stars is that we didn’t really find that they had balanced the fat with enough acidity. The Nordic kitchen has a good tradition for pickling and I’m convinced that Sture could gain from this tradition.

Super good food and service. Tried a weekday 3-course menu, great deal. Quite a fine dining experience. The presentation of the dishes are so beautiful and impressive. I could highly recommend it. The only negative thing I can say is about the pricy champagne. Well it's champagne, I probably should have put a fair price tag on it.
Tasting menu was amazing and great wine pairing. French inspired food.
7 course tasting menu with friendly appertizers. Really good food. Only negative was long waiting time between the cheese and desert.
What an amazing resturant. The food takes you in a different journey. The atmosphere is extremely elegant. The excitement that the servers have made me feel that this is their first day in the resturant. What really stood out is their ability to provide non alcoholic tasting beverages. I have been in a lot of fine dining resturants and all of them removed the option of tasting different types of drinks because of my alcoholic allergy. The food was very delicious even when not serving pork or food cooked in alcohol.
Tried the tasting menu, about 9 courses. Very satisfied with the food and service. Everything was cooked to perfection (crispiest vegetables I ever tasted). If you like dessert, you're gonna love the menu :)
Best fine dining experiance in malmo. Told them ahead of time my dietary restrictions and they went over and beyond! Expensive but totally worth it!
One of the best meal I ever eaten! We were there for Valentine's day and their menu was out of this world! Everything from the presentation, the taste, and the wine pairing was perfect! Our waitresses were constantly making sure we had everything, and in the end we stayed in there and ate for almost 5h, without seeing the time pass! An amazing night!
