Cold burgers. Been told they where fresh made although it took them 1 min to bring the food. Horribbly taste and burned old meat

Dirty and smells bad in the whole building, very disgusting place.
Used to be at least 4 stars... Old staff left, new staff came in to work.. Never find napkins in takeaway bag, burgers always cold. Cola is just color, fries are saggy like from yesterday not even salt on them. Not going back anymore.
Burgers was boiled instead of grilled. Lack of QC.
