I am not someone who typically writes reviews, but I went to Inskinity in April 2020. After lots of research into clinics around Lund and Malmö, I was very hopeful & excited to see a dermatologist at Inskinity because my cystic acne had affected my confidence and self-esteem for years. Instead, I had a bad experience with one of the dermatologists who made me feel like I was holding her back from her lunch break. She did not listen to my concerns and barely looked at my skin, which I was extremly disappointed about as I was hoping for a more in-depth consultation. What happened was she put together a \personalized plan\ on a SkinCeuticals notepad where she circled the products that I should buy in their lobby (which are very expensive), and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Like Inskinity's website suggests, I was genuinely hoping for a true medical analysis, diagnosis and treatment plan for my acne. Instead, it was an overpriced consultion with a doctor who used the appointment to try to sell me highly expensive products with commission. Perhaps I went on a bad day, but I would truly recommend looking elsewhere for any acne-related issues, especially if you're looking for any real solutions. Even my boyfriend who accompanied me to help communicate my concerns and to ensure that nothing would be lost in translation was equally disappointed with the \treatment plan\ and service. If you don't want to pay to have someone recommend you products that you can do research about and buy yourself online, then don't waste your time. Edit: Grammar

Värdelös receptionist kan inte svara på några frågor utan vill bara boka konsultation, ville bara ha svar på ett par enkla frågor..... men nej det gick inte

Mycket trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Dr Cecilia Tillman var min läkare. Hon var lugn och tog sig tid . Förklarade hela tiden när hon undersökte hela min kropp.

Fick en återbudstid och träffade en äldre, manlig läkare som var väldigt trevlig och verkade mycket kunnig. Han rådfrågade dessutom sina kollegor, som också tittade. Sen tog de en biopsi för att vi ska veta vad det faktiskt är för något. Inga gissningar, inga försäkringar om att det är ofarligt (eller farligt), jag togs på allvar och de svarade på mina frågor.
