This hotel has a very good location. Our room was for three people, it was pretty big. Hotel a little bit old (maybe) but we like it. The lounge area is very cozy, you can sit here and relax with cup of tea. Stuff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, everything was so tasty. We absolutely recommend this hotel
We booked in February. The world was still okay then. Then came COVID 19. We had to reschedule our trip. All hotels in Denmark and Sweden, all ferries were flexible and fair. But not "First Hotel Jörgen Kock". Travel warnings from countries, quarantine consequences, it doesn't matter. I was offered that I could come outside of the school holidays in autumn or winter. Voucher or rebooking to 2021 was rejected. In the end, the company kept my 188 for no consideration. For me a NO-GO in the current time !!!! I was in the same hotel two years ago, and they were still customer-friendly. I will never be back and will not recommend this hotel. The hotel owes me 188 !
Top Hotel. Highly recommended! What a friendly personal and what a service. They even made our breakfast at 4:30 am because we were leaving early. Loved the place. Thanks for everything.
Although the staff was very nice and breakfast was good, the room was not clean and the price of the room was higher than at the Booking app. It was also not possible to book it via Booking.

Very cheaply made room. Paintings are just a piece of cloth added on a cardboard. Low light. Most disturbing is that obviously someone smoked in this room, but they covered it with perfume and this is a disgusting smell..
