We stumbled upon this café through a friend's Instagram and got intrigued by the amazing pictures. A few hours later, we found ourselves at Flax for the first time, enjoyed a lupinta tempeh sandwich, craft beer and a delicious oatmilk cappuccino. All ingridients are organic and many of them grown by the owners themselves. It's a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and a nice addition to Möllan's café scene.
If you are in Malmo, Sweden, you need to eat at this cafe. They are local farmers and serve fresh vegetables from their farm and other local producers. The owners are very friendly and the food was delicious!
Ordered the kim chi macka and a veggie salad. Both incorporated delicious, fresh ingredients and unique flavours. Their home-made hot-sauces added a fun kick to the meal, although the kim chi was already strong enough for me! A latte afterward was creamy and delightful. Friendly service, and a small outdoor seating area in the front garden. Would definitely visit again.
