How many ICA employees does it take to process a package delivery? Apparently more than they have employed. I wondered why there was a mass of people waiting for packages at a time that wasn't even peak, then I saw the employees in action. Slow, incompetent and oblivious to everything. On the phone all the time, asking for help all the time. Oh, and there's a sign at the door saying if you're sick not to come inside, meanwhile one of the employees at the postal station was coughing every other minute. Class ICA. Real classy. I'd say this store is a joke, but jokes are funny and this experience was just sad all over.

Good vegan food. Dirty store
Fruit and veg is almost always old, soggy wrinkly and especially berries, grapes and similar fruit are often even moldy. Tried to tell and show different employees a lot of times but they usually just say \will fix later\ or throw just the one on the top even if clearly all the packages are moldy which i told them. Considering that also happens when there are almost no customers, or no other task they are currently on, a bit sad. If you come back another day hoping to pick up fresh then, the same fruit, especially also kiwis and the like (often are at least partially so wrinkly and old flies gather) are still molding there. That's why I started only buying packaged goods or non-perishables if need be since it's still the closest supermarket on my way home. A pity, especially with the great central location and good prices and discounts advertised in the weekly newsletter... I barely ever write a bad review and always try add positive aspects when I'm disappointed. But here I'm sorry to say I have to admit it's a bit tough...
Standard small ICA, checkout is always slow. I have NEVER seen the self-service checkouts operating.
