Bad, worse, Kry. I think Kry app itself is ok but I never had experienced so hostile environment in a place that is supposed to help people. Receptionist did not speak English very well, they canceled my appointment 30 min before its scheduled (with no other possibility but to call them again in 2 days and book again?!?!), they did not know how to issue frikort (they told me to call myself Region Skåne and fix it myself!?), then they issued me not valid frikort... You do not get what you pay for. They caused me so much stress and visiting them almost cost me my job and visa. I wouldnt recommend Kry to anyone.

Took a Covid 19 anti-bodies test and waited over 2 weeks. They never called or messaged me with test results. I had to call them and ask. They said they'd had the results for 10 days before I called and didn't bother to get in touch. Completely unprofessional from a medical clinic. Will be switching back to Region Skåne.
It was horrible experience visiting there. The doctor advised blood tests which was done as per the schedule however we did not receive any updates thereafter, forget about the medicine prescription. After following up, we got to know that the doctor has gone on vacation. We were asked to wait until he comes back. It was total wastage of time and money as well.
Vilken skillnad i bemötande känsla och kvalitet mot flertalet andra vårdcentraler. Proffsigt bemötande med handsprit och mask för att komma in Heja er! (enda svåra är att hitta rätt dörr att gå in genom )
Trevlig och tålamodig personal, allt gick snabbt och smidigt.
Första samtalet fick jag ett ok bemötande. Ringde några timmar senare och blev bättre bemött. Vid besöket på Stortorget fick jag ett bra bemötande. Första intrycket är så viktigt. Kämpa på!
USK Michael var fantastisk. Nålrädd som man är hanterar han perfekt, pedagogisk och vänlig. Lite bökigt med appen och fysiska VC, dubbelkolla alltid bokning och tid med fysisk VC om du bokat via app. Annars jättebra upplevelse!
