Together with Saltimporten and Spill, these three musketeers sets the lunch scene for Malmö. At Mat & Choklad Studion you have a smaller bar located at the window and a nice communal table in the middle of the lunch area. They always serve you a small appertizer followed by the main dish. It is always well collaborated with great flavours born out of very simple and vegetarian ingredients. And it doesn't hurt that they are pastry geniuses as well, if you would like to follow up your lunch with something sweet
