Modern art museum in Malmö. Very interesting place. Recommend for students, artists and etc. Free admission! There are good exhibitions, interesting installations, sometimes very strange ))) I was very confused and surprised when I see booklets and noted not only on English and Swedish languages, but also on Arabic.. . So. Take a breath and enjoy!

I really enjoy visiting Moderna Museet in Malmö, even though it's much smaller than in Stockholm, I think it makes it much more personal. They have exhibitions on two floors and the museum shop is a great place to find gifts for yourself or others. The staff are always very friendly.
I participated to a baby painting session together with my toddler. We had a Fantastic time there and the educator was great! Everything was thought through to give maximum freedom and possibility of interactions to kids. I also tried their café and enjoyed a nut-based mini tart, delicious. The exhibition space is rather limited but always interesting. This museum is the smaller brother of the Moderna museum in Stockholm, but it has its own style and vibes.
A must visit if you love art and are in town. I have been to all their exhibitions since I moved to Malmö. The staff is friendly and helpful. The café is nice, especially if you can sit outside on a sunny day. You can also find nice artsy gifts and cards as well as art books in the shop. The area around the museum is also very interesting and you can find some charming spots like Sankt Gertrud.
The Andy Warhol exhibition is worth coming to Malmo even if the main piece of arts are not here. Dont miss the Brillo box story !
Relatively small exposition space but great place that has been done beautifully. The staff is friendly and willingly explaining everything. The entrance fee is free which is quite amazing. The little cafe serves good coffee and cakes and lunch.
Very nice exhibition with Andy Warhol! They also had other exhibitions that was pretty okay but I was so chocked that the museum was SO SMALL. You can easily go through in 20 min and read every single text. Disappointed because I wanted to see more..
Supercool museum, where everything’s just perfect. I’ve watched Andy Warhol’s exhibition for free, which is amazing. Also you can leave your stuff (luggage too) in comfortable lockers. I also love the museum shop!
