When you sick you can usse 2-3 hures to Book time that not ok. You cant even book time in the reception, very bad service.

Very nice and helpful staff at the reception, although they change the appointment at short notice but the doctor and other staff were quite good and helping.
Worst doctor and receptionist I have ever witnessed! Top 5 reasons NOT to choose this place as your Healthcare center 1: ALWAYS busy on the phone, queue at least 30 minutes 2: Ask for a callback, you will be lucky if they call you back 1 out of 10 times 3: takes pride in Arabic languages but hardly speaks or understands Swedish 4: try to cancel an appointment? Welcome to the queue from hell 5: if you cancel an appointment later than 24 hours before, you have to pay 300 kr, but if they call you to cancel, 1 hour before, you just have to live with it, even though you have taken the day off and lost a day's worth of your salary.
Very bad staff and incapable doctors. My mother who doesnt speak very good swedish went to see a gynecologist here that couldnt cure her for over 6 months while she had pains in her stomach. The doctor was very rude from the beginning and miss spoke to my mother the last time she went there. The doctor didnt keep any records either. Wouldnt reccomend anyone with selfrespect to go there.
Worst doctor ever! I Just needed a papper but he never gave it! He promised to leave it in the receptionist, but there was nothing! I went there 3 times but they did not give me the papper that i asked. Sh*t!
Fast appointment and clean clinic and helpful staff and doctors .

Kliniken får 1 stjärna endast av den anledning att det inte går att ge minus stjärna! stackars sköterskorna försöker hålla en bra nivå men den sk läkaren tillika ägaren behandlar säkert sina hundar bättre än sina patienter! jag blev utskälld eftersom jag inte är inskriven på denna klinik MEN det var 1177 som skickade mig dit med argumentet att jag skulle få en tid samma dag! visst fick jag det men hellre hade jag väntat en vecka på en riktig läkare!
