I've only been satisfied the very first time I went there. They found a tiny hole in one of my teeth and fixed it properly. The price was okay as well. I also got a professional cleaning for my teeth which was great. One of the assistants explained to me which toothbrush, toothpaste and tiny toothbrushes I should use to clean my teeth. The second time I went there I've been told that my teeth were good and there was nothing wrong with them. I was happy when I heard that. But then the assistant still managed to create a huge list of things she would recommend to get fixed! It really felt like she was trying to create problems that she could put on that list and in the end she presented me a list of suggestions for different treatments for over 5000 SEK! And that just after she told me that my teeth are totally fine and healthy. I was confused. She even told me that the tiny brushes I'm using for the room between my teeth were too small - even if it was her who recommended just these tiny brushes to me a few months before! She then tried to sell the bigger ones to me instead. I really felt like they were just trying to get as much money as possible from me. I didn't feel like I have been treated as a patient - more like a customer who entered some kind of shop and the workers there would just try to sell as much as possible. It was not a nice experience.

I had an examination for all my teeth and received a clear and fair price suggestion from the doctor. He also gave me a lot of information about the condition of my teeth as well as maintenance. He was very professional. Worth mentioning that they are cheap for the level of professionalism they have! I asked around at other clinics where I was trying to do a filling and most of them were 20-30% more expensive. 5/5 stars ️
They will take your money and do nothing. They go around calling People to come to them. DO NOT GO THERE, they have nothing to offer. After taking alot of money from you, they will then tell you to go to specialist. I paid 4000 kr for nothing. God punish you People paa mboa.
Rasmus, one of the dentists at Mydentist, claims he is the best and i don’t disagree. Their google rating is low so asked about that and they actually collect feedback from all customers that shows they’re doing a great job

They got me in late and then they were hurrying me up to leave because the next patient was coming. The nurse was asking me to get out of the chair to clean it for the next person and did not even clean it properly.... Also, I asked for him to look at the wisdom toothe that is coming out but he forgot about it and then when remembered he said then i would need to book a new examination... Just trying to take your money, not very flexible!
I liked the business idea described to me when I booked my appointment. It's more convenient and offers drop ins and weekend opening hours. However, I did not receive the expected level of professionalism during my visit and I felt really unsafe around the dental nurse specifically. You could tell she was unsure of whether what she was doing was right or wrong. I was very uncomfortable when she repeatedly kept scraping my mouths insides because of lack of experience. Eventually I grabbed the tool out of her hand after repeated frustrations over misplacement in my mouth and placed it for her. I even put the xray camera where it belongs because her first three attempts came out blurry. Her hands were shaking more than my own. I do still appreciate that you can visit the place during later hours and weekends. Therefore, the place still gets two stars.
