Actual Counterfactual

I understand we all have different expectations and experiences, however my own was very good. NEGATIVE POINT I imported a car and had to change my font lights from left hand drive to right hand drive. This was done quickly and with good service level, but what prevents me giving them 5 stars here instead of 4 is the fact that my lights were not fully calibrated so Bil-besikningen had to readjust the final part to comply with Swedish law, POSITIVE POINT. They have always been on schedule and always stuck to their promises, they also acted very quickly during an emergency fix as well (called Fri afternoon and was given slot as first client on site 7.30 Mon.... and they had even ordered my spare part from another workshop to be in their own 7.30 in the morning). The best part was they forgot to tell me (since they did not know themselves) that my last fix actually required new electric cables to be drawn across the chassis. Since they never informed me of this cost/work they agreed to undertake the work for free, I only paid for the materials which saved me 2000 Skr. Can't really complain about that.. .very nice surprise. I certainly do not hesitate to go here again if I have any future problems.

Last year I was so busy that I forgot to contact them regarding a service that I had already paid for when I bought a new car from them. After one month I called them to book but they said the time had already passed. A couple of thousand kroner out of the window just like that. They could have sent an sms or email to as notification but nothing. Besides that, I have been there for a regule car checkup, they say it will take 30 minutes but takes at least one hour and then they come up always with the same execuse that their system was down. So I dont think I will be going there again. They are only very nice when selling the cars. Once you buy the car, you are far down the priority list.

Called them to ask about the check engine error and to ask about availabile time, they told me to come right away, when I got there they told me that the first free time is in next 3 days ... I drove 100km to hear something the 1rst person I called should tell me ...
