Shop attendant was not welcoming and not ready to assist. I went elsewhere and got what I wanted at a better price with excellent customer service.
The two female staff there just were too busy talking about their life and didnt initiate any service. They kept on chatting while i was figiring out what balloons to get right in front of them. I had to 'interrupt' their chat to ask Simple questions. Plus they didnt offer a sand weigh for the balloons like they do at Emporia...rather wanted me to buy. Im w balloons and not feeling excited like I usually do. The 3rd walked in just to ignore my presence too. Hope the owner cares to tell the staff to be there to work
Pretty expensive considering the quality of their items. But there are some things that you can't find anywhere else.
