Repamera repaired my jacket so that it was better than new with a sturdy YKK zip. Service was really quick and communication was great. They even returned the jacket in the same packaging that I used to send it in which was a nice touch that fully lives up to the ethos of Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Recycle!

Disappointed in the service. I like and support the idea but in my case, the reparation went really poorly. I sent in a pair of jeans to be repaired as they had holes in between the legs. The jeans material was soft and as stretchy. They used hard denim material to make the reparation and in a different color. The result is a thick patch that looks discolored in between the legs which makes the jeans impossible to wear. I talked to the person at the office and showed them, the answer was that it was not possible to do it better and that I could always wear them when painting. I was given a pair of jeans that they had extra but not offered a refund, which would have been more appropriate. It’s fine that some cases are not repairable but then it is better to tell the customers rather than give a final product like this. With such an experience, I do not want to send anything anymore and would not recommend :/
I'm very happy with the repairs as well as the online setup in general with shipping both to them and back being taken care of. I especially appreciate that they noticed that the zipper I had made them replace could instead be repaired which lowered the cost of the service. Very nicely handled!
