We had such a wonderful experience here! The service was humble and caring, the food was filled with taste and the atmosphere was cozy. Plus the price was really good for the high-end quality we received. I strongly recommend Sakanaya

Ordered home with ubereats. The nigiri is very fresh and different from other places with their flavor thingies on the top. Lemonzest amongst other things. The fish felt very fresh and didn't have any \smell\. Felt high end. But the maki wasn't the best. The nori tastes like it has some oil on it (or are rolled with it) and that always reminds me of korean kimbap (which I dislike). The nori also doesn't go all around, are they made with a mold? Because of this if you don't pick them up carefully there's a risk they will fall apart. Price is quite steep, it would be understandble if only the maki was better. I've eaten sushi around the globe and this is a good place, but not the best (even in Malmö, for me that is Sakura sushi in West harbor)

Good sushi. Better than \standard sushi\ in Sweden. The fish:rice ratio is good, i.e. the rice is smaller than other places. 15pcs wasn't hard to eat. Well cooked, well seasoned rice and well made. The fishes on top had good quality too.

Definitely the best sushi in Malmö. Coming from Los Angeles, I have grown up eating sushi. This place is very high quality, authentic and at a fair price. Worth a visit (or ten)

Really great food and the service outstanding. The mussel soup was to die for! I really recommend this restaurant. Not many tables so best to book during the weekend.

This is one of my favorite spots in town. The sushi is delicious, fresh, simple, just as it should. The place is really small and cozy, and everything seems to revolve around the customers. My girlfriend and I had the tasting menu and we found it delicious, from the fish soup to the crispy tempura, all the way to the kimchi and the meat dish.

Brilliant food and service. Go for the Kaiseki serving.
