Average good persian food with very nice & service minded personals - The local /atmosphere is not presenting Iranian restaurant

Food was good. Good place for dining. Quantity on some of the items could have been better. Overall a good restaurant.

The food had acceptable quality, the staff were polite and attentive but calling the environment “unromantic” is an understatement. I recommend the owner to change the decoration and the layout, dim the lights, replace that cheesy uptempo khaltoor music with some traditional Persian tunes or solo piano, and use more plants and flowers in the decoration.

Environment: A bit cold but they made an effort in pimping up the place. I would rather see cosier setting and dimmed lights while opening up the place with some good view of the square. Food and drinks: List of Persian food was just right - they shouldn't add more. In fact, they should cover less and focus on increasing innovation on their dishes. Flavour of the lamb stew was delightful and the chicken stew with spinach and lime were interesting and also exotic. Serve a simple list of beer or a few but quality wine please! You would get more customers. Persians drink them, right? Can't complain with the prices. Decrease the rice portion and increase the quality on the food instead! Service: Never greeted so warmly before by a restaurant owner - that's already hitting my heart. They can work with the rest.

Kind personal but unluckily the food didn't taste much. I liked most the bread. Vegetables are mostly raw but I guess it is normal for people of this culture to eat an onion mostly raw... I couldn't! Then I would like to know what kind of hygiene rules do you follow? I've seen the cashier wearing the same black gloves the whole time while she handled keys, her phone, taking notes, and undo the tables... Gloves should be used accordingly with hygiene rules otherwise they are not useful and to be honest it is a bit disgusting.
