I had them do a custom job for me. Not great communication, often not answering the phone in opening hours when I called to get updates. Took three weeks to do what they said was a 1.5hour job. In the end I paid for a half-done, bad job just to get my case back and end the experience. To be honest I think they took a job beyond their abilities but didn’t want to say no.
