Ordered a taxi two days ago for this morning. No taxi showed up, next one would have been an hour later. Second time this has happened. Saved myself the trouble and uninstalled their app so I don't mistakenly book with them again. Thankfully we got a taxi on short notice from a more reliable company that arrived less than 10 minutes after calling.
