The store has been great when visiting in Stockholm... But recently I ordered supplies from the web page and it said it should be delivered within 2-5 days. About 10 work days have gone by now and no notifications from the company. I tried emailing but no answer either, and that was 4 days ago I believe. I was just asking how long it would take for the order to be sent. So if you're in Stockholm visit the store, if you order online look for something else if you are in a hurry gettings things.
Warning about online shopping! Do not order online! I have NEVER received any items from this store (although money was transfered). Waited 1,5 months for delivery - then cancelled my order. I have tried to order twice ( 2 years in-between orders) they still do not ship.
The Burnette lady was super nice. The blond lady was looking at me funny. She seemed judgemental than friendly.
Really good store for artsy people like my best friend who knows exactly what colour they want and this store has it all sorted out
