Our hops are certified 100% Ecologically. We do not use sprays, fertilizers, or pest deterrents that threaten the natural balance of our local ecosystem. We built our yard using post from the local surronding forests. We have grown many hop varieties since we started and tested each variety at harvest. The journey of testing hops has taken us from Swedish varieties to American, Nobel and just plain tracking through some wild patches in the forests of Northern Skåne. Of the 12 varieties we have grown, brewed with and tasted, we have found the three hops that fit our climate and a brewers needs the best. We grow the organically certified hops you want to brew with. We grow our hops for your beer.
