The Menzies VIP lounge is located just past the tax-free shops and next door to the SAS lounge and caters for all non Star alliance airlines as well as Priority Pass. The lounge is reasonably big based on the size of the airport, and have about 150 seats in various types including a little business corner. There is a wall with magazines and newspapers as you walk in and there are two flight departure screen and a TV. The food is rather on the light side with some bread, salad leaves, olives and some diced chicken breast. They have coffee machines as well as wine, beer and soft drinks on tap together with a small selection of budget spirits. The toilets are located outside on the main concourse. All in all a rather underwhelming offering and when I visited they were out of soft drinks and red wine.

The customer service at the check in desk is bad. The girls are good and and impolite with customers and their grooming looks dirty. Airlines should change their handling company is embracing for them.
I wish your ladies at the gothenburg airport could be more sympathetic to the plight of travellers.
Large and bright lounge with great views through the large panorama windows. Simple food and pretty good selection of drinks.
This place is quiet and has some comfy chairs. But has nothing good to eat and everything about it is cheap. A waste of money. Spend your money at a restaurant and sit there until your flight. I am off because I'm hungry.
I have travelled through 45 airports across continents and this airport managed by Menzies had been a worst experience. It has happened twice, so it is no coincidence or solitary instances. On recent instance they tried extorting extra charges for a carry-on bag which was within the baggage specification (25x40x20) for Ryan Air. It was an alibi since it was obvious that flight was overbooked on New Year eve and they are looking out for ways to involuntarily deny boarding. They denied my boarding frustratedly after I told them that instead of paying, I prefer to leave the hand baggage behind at the airport. Their racist behavior was obvious since other non-priority passenger boarded with similar baggage and only, I was asked to pay extra and ultimately denied boarding. My new year plans were spoilt due to this. While going back, I saw same crew smoking at the entrance / exit of airport infringing the local law. My series of bad experience first started in Dec 2017 when my baggage was not delivered by SAS. Menzies Baggage services staff was quick to blame passenger to collect the bag at transit despite fact that baggage was checked till GOT (final destination). Very rudely Menzies passed out from their responsibility and denied any form of relief or help. Menzies proudly claim on their website that they ‘Specialise in No Win, No Fee and Legal Claims’ . It’s self-explanatory that their focus is not customer service. Any airport, passenger or airline using their services are going to suffer due to this.
Unbelievably slow internet connection, see measurement screendump. Lounge is not even full when this test was run. Showed it to the reception: "We know, it's very bad." "What are you planning to do about it " (It could be quickly and easily fixed by using any of several local ISP:s) "Nothing." Note to Menzies management: Please either close the Landvetter Lounge and let somebody else start a new lounge, or fix this. Now.
Completely useless. Simply trying to locate my baggage and no one answering any phones and no reply to my email.
