When I got there the receptionist told me I wasn't allowed to enter the lounge with my card (my mother's extension), something I had always done, and she started treating me like if I had stolen the card from someone else, she said and I quote "I've met a lot of young boys like you who try to do this, but I know about you people, I have more experience than the young staff at other airports". Awful.

The most discusting lounges I have ever visited. The food was warm and soaked in their own fluids. The staff was extremely rude (including the bold manager). The place was full of empty plates and magazines and I just needed to get out of there. Filthy.

Qatar uses this lounge in Arlanda as a partner lounge, as they don‘t operate their own in Stockholm. However, this lounge does not match Qatar's first-class service and business class product at all. Before my flight (21.45h) there was not really anything decent to eat, just some cold cuts, smelly cheese and bread rolls. In general the lounge did not make a good impression, the tables were dirty, in front of the beverage station the floor stuck and also the toilet was not pleasantly clean. Surely better than sitting at the gate without everything, although not much.

Opening hours in the Loungekey Application listed 5:30 pm. At 4:45 pm, I was notified that it would close in 10 minutes. At 4:55 pm fired! Terrible staff behavior! The worst lounge I've ever visited.

Due to the lack of demand, the food is very minimal

Small lounge with basic snacks and drinks. Convenient if you have an early flight as it opens at 5:30 am.

Definitely the worst lounge I've ever been in. Poor cold foods. Poor drinks selection. Average seating. Inadequate toilet facilities. If there's another option I wish someone would post it here...... please It has two Names... Norrsken and Menzies ???

Seriously? Make your own tiny sandwich out of an 8 cm bread roll with either ham or cheese....choose from the extensive drinks on offer of nasty apple cordial or paint stripper red wine.
