You better have the patience of an angel if you want to receive any help whatsoever on the phone because their contact centre's only open until 3pm - not only this, I've been calling 4 days in a row to ask a few simple questions about extending my permit since my flight has changed to a later date due to COVID. When I finally got through, the lady told me I had to come in to the physical location even though I told her at the very beginning of the call that one of the people I'm staying with currently has COVID and I'm isolating! They're only open from 9-3 generally at their physical location from Monday - Friday so there's no way you can go after work or even for a few hours on Saturday. Such a frustrating, outdated system

Welcome to Stockholm, the land of the 1 month wait for anyone that needs help! Need to see a doctor??? ...better plan that appointment a MINIMUM of 1 month in advance! Need confirmation that you can stay in the country??? ...better be an insanely patient human! The \errors\ with booking a time is not new. This reoccurs AT LEAST once a year...You just have to go there and wait. I think it's safe to say that it's more likely Migrationsverket is just being dishonest (because they're under-staffed and overloaded with work) with us than a \mysterious error\ frequently occurring for over 2 years now.

The queue number system does not work properly. If your number does not appear on the screen after 10 minutes, go and ask thrm about it. I waited 40 minutes to collect the UT (Residence Permit) card and then went inside and they said you have missed it but I am 100% sure that they did not show it on the board.

Feels like the government authority in the third world. If you are here to collect your UT-card, make sure you book a service time before you come even when the staff tell you no need to. It doesn’t matter what service you book, it just allow you to enter building. Otherwise you will need to queue for hours in order to get the card in 30 seconds.

Long waiting and when it’s comes to help nothing happend! I was there to just ask few questions but the worker I was talking to did not know anything.She has to go inside to ask someone else for each guestion and that took long time also.

I did not wait long since I booked my appointment via their online system. I was there for photographing and fingerprinting for my resident permit card. They didn't call me in on time (15:50-15:55) and I had to wait 30 min although I booked. But it was okay as it was at the end of the day on Monday which is usually busy. I was there on November 19th and my new resident permit card arrived today (December 4th). 12 business days. Not too bad.

Busy. Sometime friendly, sometime helpful. Taking appointment in the morning is smartness!! Case officers are quiet a bit illiterate or might be through this way they are supposed to behave with applicants. If you send any email to any individuals every single person will answer you differently. Ohh sorry!! this is their immigration policy. Who the hell I am to expect like my pursuits. Sometimes they lost documents of applicants. The consequences are a lot to describe. No this is SWEDEN man!! Hold your finger now!! :/

Pay attention to new opening hours! Overcrowded. Sometimes personal is incompetent and can't help you immediately, instead they will give you an appointment in two-three weeks. Though there is a minor chance that you will meet some really nice workers there, those who tried their best to help you, but don't really count on it. And by the way! You will never be able to reach them by phone.
