Not reliable! Made a reservation to rent e-bikes months ago and reconfirmed a week before the reservation. Employee was first unwilling to attend to us - too immersed into his computer (we were the only customers in the shop!), then he was clearly overstrained. He couldn't find our reservation as there was clearly no system to the paperwork of this company. Much worse, the two rental e-bikes in the store were not charged. Thus, our plan to explore the region by e-bike fell through. Incompetence at its best!
