Staff is friendly. But no problem good service. They didn't fix my car as expected and there was no alignment between salesman and denter of full work supposed to be done. While fixing a door of my car they broke child lock. Now child lock is not working after they fixed the dunts on the door. There was no correct agreement and sync between the damages I reported, the insurance company and the MTO salesman. I don't recommend you this workshop.

I had the stressful situation of breaking down. Choose MTO as VW prices can be high and they were close by. As it turned out MTO prices were even higher than VW, the staff were inflexible only wanting to do what they wanted rather than what the customer was requesting. VW spoke to them on my behalf and came to the same conclusion when MTO refused to perform the work that I wanted done. MTO could give me no options other than their initial recommendation, VW kindly stepped in and offered to help, so I paid MTO their inspection charge to release my vehicle and arranged and paid further transportation to VW, where I now hope that my vehicle will be repaired. I can only say that you are better going to VW themselves. This has been nothing but a nightmare experience.
