Big thanks for the awesome food and awesome service! PS. Pisang Ambon and OJ is not a cocktail... a little more creativity and it'd be magic. Try some lemon juice 2cl, sugar water 1cl, 2cl orange juice and 1cl of egg white. Dry shake first, then shake with ice and double strain. it'll be nothing crazy, but better than we got
