Our car had its service done at Audi Gothenburg. One of the best experiences from start to finish. An attender met us at the parking lot who took the car to the workshop and directed us to the customer representative who took care of he rest. We were provided with a courtesy car (even when we didn't requested it in advance). We wanted to buy a scaled model of Audi for our son, but was given it as a gift bundled with the service package. Picking the car after service went smooth. For us, Audi is very professional in every way they deal with customers, taking care of small details and one can really feel being treated as a premium car owner. Would definitely recommend the car brand and Audi Gothenburg to anyone.
