They should call it FedUp Worst service. Can't give estimated time and don't call before they come. Even tho I've called and asked them 4 times before delivery date. I really don't recommend them to anyone. The funny thing is all this negative reviews online, and they don't even wanna improve and do better. That says a lot of a company!

Not professional, not responsive, Uncontrolled dates According to the Fedex app, they will come to leave the item at my house at six o'clock ... but they came at ten in the morning and they did not inform or call me. When they did not find me at home, they did not leave the item. I saw in the app that they came to the house. I called them and they told me that they would come the next day, between ten o'clock to eleven o'clock in the morning ..I waited and no one came ... I called them and told me that I must go and pick up the item myself from TNT - Göteborg i Landvetter.... Bad treatment and disrespect to a company like FedEx .. I felt like I was dealing with unprofessional and irresponsible staff

Absolutely HOPELESS !!! In 2 days from MANSFIELD / TEXAS to STHLM - ARLANDA . Now laying there for more than 3 days , stating 2 unsuccessful deliveries in STOCKHOLM ........... I am living in HÄSSLEHOLM !!! This is a really strange Customer Service .
Incredibly bad service. They say my receiving address was wrong (it is not) and they leave the package in Malmo (I'm in Lund). What a waste of people's time. Avoid at all costs.
Worst service. They deliver only during working hours. I made a priority order and they didn’t even call to schedule the deliver next time. They expect us to do their job. They want us to call them to make a time. Why would someone pay extra and want a priority deliver but only to be delivered late.
I got a call from an unknown number at 10:08, I didn't pick it up cus I thought it was a spam etc. Later I got a notification from FedEx App that the delivery has failed which is stupid because it said \Estimated delivery 6.00Pm\ so why did the postman come at 10:00? Are you supposed to be home the whole time before 6.00 Pm in that case? That's just plain stupid. If it says estimated at 6 then it should come between 5.30-6.30 not 10 am.. Anyways I called Fedex (25 minute hold time) and they said the postman will try it deliver it tomorrow at 6, I asked if I could just pick it up instead at the Facility. They said yes you can pick it up between 9 am and 4 pm. So that's my experience. The customer service was good.
