Staff devoted to the buyers needs! They don't try & sell things on to you for their wallets to get fatter and they have a ton of customisation choices! The personal seller Susann was great! She gave me her hole attention and really listened to me. Prior to my visit I looked at the price for chairs in general to figure out a budget. For the amount of detail and personalisation - not to mention the comfort, they were cheap! A high end chair cost the same as this one - only this is my unique chair! For my unique problems!
