Made my nails here, they tried to file down so it burned and hury nu own nailbed, would not listed to me telling them to stop. Turned out ugly and poorly quality. Got no discount and cried when I left because I was so unhappy.

They were 35 minutes late. Not clean at all. They DO Not clean or sterilize in between clients. They cut my cuticles twice and I had to ask for désinfection. Terrible service and I regret my visit. Not recommended at all.
3 people do not have to fix my nails period! I had to explain to each and everyone over and over again and they were nodding their heads as if they understood... obviously nothing came out right. All of the guys smelled smoke as they took turn is smoking right outside the salon. They did not wash their hands afterwards, just flat out sat and did my nails reeking smoke.
Changing my rating from 3 stars to two stars. Been there twice and experience was not good. The nails done at the first visit started falling apart after 2 days. They fixed them for free, but it's annoying to visit there again and again and wait 40 mins to fix a nail. There were other customers too who had the same problems. The nails were okay after the second visit but the it is expensive given their service. It doesn't matter if one books time with them, they will keep one waited if someone without booking comes a second before the person who has a booking. In Lund itself other better services are available at a cheaper rate.
Very thorough but started bleeding in two fingers (cuticles), which was not so nice. But they do a really thorough job, so the pain was worth it in my opinion. My nails were flawless with no issues for more than two weeks.
Great place! Always easy to get time and the male nail specialist is fantastic - quick and provides the highest quality of nails i had in years! They hold for 5-6 weeks without any problem!
I have been to this place two times to get a pedicure done. They were horrible. The woman who was providing the service couldnt speak and swedish or english so had to call over someone else all the time to translate. Not too bad. Then she proceeds to file my nails without asking how I would like them, with my old nail polish still on. I had to guide her step by step on how to do a pedicure. She then proceeded to paint my toe nails after removing old and filing. That's it. Not cleaning. no scrubbing, no nothing other than using a rough file. I have given them two chances as everyone can have an off day. Will never go back and will advise anyone asking to not go here.
I always give a place 2-3 chances before I give a bad review and this nail salon is lacking customer service and listening to a customer needs. Over the phone when booking I clearly stated what I would like to have done also asked for the price, I was quoted 300-400 kr The guy that did my nails was trying to remove my polish with a nail file and several times he came too close to my cuticles, when I kindly asked him to use a cotton pad instead as it hurts me obviously he was not happy about it. He also cut my cuticles too much once again I mentioned to be mindful. He wanted to hurry me off. When I get to till another guy assumed I should pay 500kr without asking what I had done. If they worked on their customer service and treat all customer the same I would have not written this review.
