A fantastic little café, I had a mango tango smoothie which was amazing, and chicken quesadillas which were pretty good but could have done with a bit more spice. My friend had the vegan tacos which looked and apparently tasted fantastic. I now have a full belly and need a nap.
The food at California Cafe was nice, although my boyfriend and I found the atmosphere a little weird. Food was good--we liked the idea of getting wraps without tortillas. Ordering one wrap provides enough food for two people. If I had known this I would have ordered a wrap without the tortilla. The food is clearly fresh and came relatively quickly. Signs around the restaurant gave directions for where to leave plates--I do not speak Swedish and would have liked an English translation below. Also a little sign on the bathroom door stating that it is the bathroom would be fantastic.

Good food but nothing spectacular. It is truly California-inspired in regards to their menu and in that regard is actually better than most such cafés.

Excellent vegan options, both for fika and for food. Raw food available and they make their own vegan chai latte which I highly recommend! I hope this place stays open throughout the year, and not just for the summer season!
