Oseriös firma, otrevlig personal på kundtjänstavdelningen. Dessutom är attityden hos de anställda på huvudkontoret väldigt dåligt. Attityden hos dem är att ta hissen upp 1 våning trots att det går fortare att ta trapporna. Exempel: Det är drygt 25m om man tar hissen medan 5m om man tar trapporna, lata människor som går extra för att slippa en våning trappor.
