The most discusting lounges I have ever visited. The food was warm and soaked in their own fluids. The staff was extremely rude (including the bold manager). The place was full of empty plates and magazines and I just needed to get out of there. Filthy.

Qatar uses this lounge in Arlanda as a partner lounge, as they don‘t operate their own in Stockholm. However, this lounge does not match Qatar's first-class service and business class product at all. Before my flight (21.45h) there was not really anything decent to eat, just some cold cuts, smelly cheese and bread rolls. In general the lounge did not make a good impression, the tables were dirty, in front of the beverage station the floor stuck and also the toilet was not pleasantly clean. Surely better than sitting at the gate without everything, although not much.

Due to the lack of demand, the food is very minimal

Definitely the worst lounge I've ever been in. Poor cold foods. Poor drinks selection. Average seating. Inadequate toilet facilities. If there's another option I wish someone would post it here...... please It has two Names... Norrsken and Menzies ???

Small lounge with basic snacks and drinks. Convenient if you have an early flight as it opens at 5:30 am.

You can have a glas of lager and that is pretty much it. Dirty seats and toilets. One star is generous.

As I suspected, front desk staff were not nice at all. I had to explain to them about my boarding pass, what is where, and how they can see on the card that I'm a Gold Member with Emirates. Add to this, the extremely limited supply of snacks and food, I can not believe that EK are sending their 1st class passengers here.
