Friendly staff, the wait to see your doctor can be long depending on the type of problem you're experiencing with your health. The doctors are professional and I can't say I have had any major negative experiences. The ER is completely separate from the rest of the hospital, so please don't take my comment on the wait as a comment at the ER.
