That was my worst experience at this so-called Hospital!! I was feeling so sick and they didn't let me in! They kept me waiting outside in the bloody freezing weather for half an hour to find me a doctor !! Then the operator spent half an hour to find out how to work with electrocardiogram device!! Than I was told the device is broken and we can't use it at the moment !! Then a guy \doctor/operator\ came in and said you look ok don't worry, go home and rest !! That's just insane !!

They have listed a phone number. However it is not possible to reach them on the phone number. Instead they have automated messages to send the caller to somewhere else. I want to ask a non-medical question after a lost item. Now I am forced to drive 20 kilometers to check if they might have found something.
Worst service ever , we waited for 4 hours just to get an x-ray
the unfriendly reception told me right in the beginning: “where is your vårdcentralen, why don’t you go there”, and said “maybe you have corona”. Only accept me after i said 1177 told me to come here. Checked by a nurse who stand 2 metres away from me who said “if you feel worse go to your vårdcentralen”.

I was there on Saturday and the lady in reception told me I had pollen allergi and I told her infection she said no , then I go to another place cause my eyes were burning and turns to be infection!!!!! So this incompetent nurse just choose who comes and who doesn't. Wrong!!!!!! Sweden needs more knowledge of medicine .
They are quick efficient.
Was denied help due to time shortage even though my kid had pierced eardrums with running fluid. They told me to come the next day. It is supposed to be an emergency.
