After having 3 visits and 3 months of nutritional support from Rebecca, I was extremely happy with the results that I experienced. Even though I lead an active and healthy lifestyle, there were many manageable improvements that Rebecca helped me to implement. She introduced these changes in stages and was quick to respond by email when I had questions. Her suggestions lead to higher energy levels for work, home, and for exercising. I found Rebecca to be a very thoughtful, well-researched, and dedicated professional. She even sent me home with a SCOBY to start making my own kombucha. Fun project!
