Run away, fast ! They don't fulfill their legal warranty obligations, and cost me lots of wasted time and money on a fairly new Mercedes. I had this validated by 2 other dealers one of which were authorized Mercedes, who ended up fixing the car for me instead. They had the car for warranty service for 1 full week, with a thorough description of the issues, and still they did nothing to it, and they never tried to contact me to figure out the problem. When I tested it with a mechanic in the car when picking it up, he witnessed two of the errors I presented him while driving, but said he was told not to fix it. A total lack of integrity and honor. It had serious errors even when I bought it, the engine ran uneven and couldn't take the throttle for the first 20 min after start while cold outside. Conveniently the car was already warmed up before I came both times, when testing the car at winter and when picking it up after the purchase. Similar I had tire pressure monitors when I tested it, but not when I bought it, it's a small thing, but the principle stands. Besides: The car wasn't even cleaned properly inside, one of the storages between seats has been used to store drugs, I had it tested! It smelled horrible and had brown residue and crumbs, so I replaced that to. Shame on you !

Spolarpump fungerade inte efter bilköp. Servicegarantin gällde inte hos original återförsäljare även fast service var utfört tätt inpå försäljning, då det anses vara slitage tydligen, 2000kr felsökning, nej tack. Olofsson löste problemet väldigt snabbt och kostnadsfritt. Det bästa var deras service, mycket trevliga, positiva och hjälpsamma. Jag fick till och med skjuts hem vid inlämning. Även om konsumentköplagen gäller så anser jag att Olofssons service är Top Notch rekommenderar starkt!
