We invited the owners of Broderna Bjorklunds into our home for a community meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to inform the leadership that over 15 households (50 people) had expressed sincere concern about the dangerous noise levels and traffic in and out of our area. Lena, one of the owners, sat and listened to our sincere concerns and said she would consider some of our proposed compromising solutions. She did not even respond to us, and our only next steps has been to pursue government action. The noise levels and traffic continues to increase from their business and they have done nothing to mitigate sound. No sound barriers, no improved machinery, no compromise on times (they work from 7-18.30 with out stop), no efforts to slow traffic. Their profits increase year of year but no investment in community wellness is made. Truly heartless.

Criminally negligent of citizen wellness. Creates an unprecedented amount of noise pollution, dust, and traffic in our small rural village of approx 50 people. Over 15 households proposing compomising solutions and Bjorklunds addresses none of them. An environmental and public health disaster.
