Tried to get in touch with these people for days using various public and unofficial methods. Eventually I get a call by a nurse telling me their computer system is down but she \promised\ me she would call me again the following Monday to schedule an appointment with a doctor. Of course, she never called.

Worst recepcionist ever met in my life. She was not polite and she seems angry. She should change job or sent her to a course to be kind and learn how to deal with stress.

very difficult to take appointments and to see a doctor irrespective of the time scale. i pay taxes in Sweden but i had to go abroad to receive a minimum of qualified healthcare. i do hope närhalsan redunds me.

De var bra tidigare, men nu verkar alla de hederliga ha slutat, kvar är ett gäng högfärdiga slarvpellar som försöker sätta helt bisarra diagnoser för att maskera sitt eget slarv istället för att remittera vidare. Påpekar du försiktigt deras brister och att det blivit fel så bestraffas du. Gå inte dit!
