Great atmosphere, and even with many people there, surprisingly quiet. Only been once but was not impressed by the food. Some dishes were cold, and some had no flavor what so ever. And its also quite expensive, so i dont think i will be coming back.

I really like Pinchos; the food is good and it is a great concept. Sadly tonight was disappointing compared to the experiences I have had in Skellefteå and Umeå. The food and drinks were as good as usual but the service was a lot poorer. I get that you are supposed to collect the food yourself but I ended up clearing the table as well. Noone came, despite the fact that everything had piled up to the point that it just wasn't pleasant. Eventually I carried everything to the kitchen counter myself. Another negative point was the lack of AC. It was way too warm.
Interesting concept, very good food.
