Just got my nails done. I booked on Bokadirekt a Spa Pedicure and Manicure. I had not gotten my nails done for almost 2 months! My appointment was with Anne and even though I arrived 15mins(appt was at 3pm) earlier, she let me start my appointment within 5 minutes of coming in. She could see I was hot and was kind enough to offer me a drink to cool down. She started off with my feet and did a complete clean from my cuticles to the bottom of my feet. Well cleaned and relaxing time. Do not expect quick service (which I did not want) as they are very proper and provide professional relaxing service. Once we were done with the feet, cleaned my nails, cuticle and felt completely refreshed. She gave ample time for both my feet and nails to dry as I got normal nail polish instead of Gel. I am very happy with my appointment and will be back soon to get gel nails done on my next appt. WORTH IT TO GET YOUR MANI PEDI DONE, ITS MY NEW FAV PLACE :)

I chose this salon because of the good reviews, I booked an hour pedicure on bokadirekt with Anne. I haven’t had a pedicure in months so I was really looking forward to it. When I told her I didn’t want nail polish she seemed annoyed and after 30 minutes of service put oil on my toenails and said I was done. Normally I go with the flow but when I tried explaining I didn’t think it was fair that the price was the same for an hour as the 30 minutes I had received she argued with me and was rude. They explained there wasn’t much that needed to be done with my feet but I left with my heels very rough and my big toe cuticle torn and sore for the next week. The owner offered a gift service which was kind but I was only in town for one day and wouldn’t want to go back. Very disappointing.
Wasnt happy with the original result, but the owner fixed it and I am very happy I came back to redo it, she did an amazing job

This salon was my go to place in the city until the last few times I had very poor service. I was burned by drill files, my bare nails were drill filed \by accident\, cuts in my cuticles and very sloppy gel polish applications. I'm really sad that they have slipped in their quality!

I came in with the thickest hack you fron another tech a while ago. I've been around Gothenburg trying different nail techs in the budget friendly range. I walked out with much nicer shape and more manageble and close to natural thickness. Just the right balance between strong but thin. No calms about booking there again. Was back a week ago and got the best shape my nails have ever had. The staff speaks English and Swedish very well which helps with the communication. I will be back and can't recommend them well enough!
