As other guides have already written, they DO have parking outside and they have an important function in our society. (Thank you, local guides Eriksson and Dahlin for that outpouring of useful information!) So, after that lenghty and detailed read, I can only add that they also have police officers inside the building. They sometimes come out and drive off in squad cars to hopefully keep the local crime at its lowest. Should you have been a victim of a crime, in need of a passport, become lost or have a sudden urge to commit some illegal activity this is the perfect place for you. They also handle questions for tourists and locals regarding traffic regulations, hunting permits and a slew of other little things that only the thin blue line can deal with. Hours of operation is unbeatable, and you will be hard pressed to find it closed for vacation. Almost five stars, but there are still some bad guys out there to catch.
