I really liked this place. Ambience and decor are A, the staff was cordial and helpful and food is of quality, varied and aboundant. I do not like, in general, this kind of food and I am under the impression the average level of service that you receive in Sweden (regardless of which industry) is very, very poor. We just happened to be in Upsala at 12 00 on a saturday and all restaurants were closed. ALL OF THEM. With the only exception of this place. Ended up being the best place I had been in Sweden insofar. Life is crazy...

Ate the sushi buffet here a couple of times. It's a little bit pricier than most other buffets that include sushi in uppsala at about 160 SEK or so, dont remember the exact price. The sushi is good, fresh and comes with a lot of variation, includes some of the more exotic pieces of fish and also some Americanized sushi style with mayo on top.
Was yum but quite busy. Sometimes the food didn't get replaced fast enough so missed out on a few dishes. But there was a good selection of different foods to try. I know you don't go to Pong for the dessert but the dessert could be a little better. The 188kr buffet is a really good price for the food too! I think it's normally 258kr but if you book with their special it's 188kr.
Probably best place for Chinese food in Uppsala. Certainly not the cheapest, but with a good selection and high quality. Does both sushi and dumplings.
I'm vegan, and after the visit, me and my wife got allergic reaction from something in the food. Normally we only react to \colouring\, \conservatives\ and \flavor enhancer\ (MSG), and other additives. It took almost a week for the rash to subside. Tasted good, looked fresh and nice place.
Food was very good. Distancing as well, also helped by the fact there where very few people eating at the moment (Thursday evening, 19-ish). What I didn't like much is that there was no alcolgel near the food and we had to go all the way to the entrance every time we wanted to use it. On the website it says that one of their anti-covid measures is that they change all the utensils of the buffet (spoons etc) every 10 minutes: haven't seen them doing it.
The ambience and beauty of the restaurant are both extraordinary. The food here is very good. Care and use of staff is very careful. Hopefully five stars can be given.
Great options in the buffet menu. Worth the price you pay
