The FE Real Estate Club is a student driven organization at SBS, founded in 2019 by a group of students keen to establish a community for students to acquire and share knowledge about real estate investments outside the classroom as well as connecting with the real estate industry both locally and internationally. Through sponsor-led workshops, networking sessions, panel discussion, training sessions and more other events, we aim to bring our sponsors and members together at the same time help our members to gain and improve valuable skills and knowledge. • Membership in the FE Real Estate Club is free of charge and available for SU students from all degree disciplines. • We believe in the SU talents and their capability to compete in the global real estate industry. What unifies our members is a genuine interest in real estate and willingness to constantly learn and progress. It is our goal to provide our members with knowledge and valuable experiences within the field of real estate and create an environment to help our members build a comprehensive understanding of real estate issues and investments as well as future career in the industry. The key focus of the club remains to build the knowledge and skills of our members, enabling them to realize their potential and career ambitions in the field of real estate and the built environment. This is both for our members who are looking simply to understand better what a career in real estate entails, as well as those who wish to invest into real estate in the future, receive a decent knowledge of how to find great deals in the market, build networks of like-minded people, and hopefully find potential partners. As a club we look to help our members to grow as individuals, shifting their mindsets and acquiring soft skills needed to succeed, including leadership, teamwork, commitment to excellence, responsibility and purposefulness. We aim to create an environment where it is impossible not to grow!
