DHL Sweden Really bad experience we paid for in home delivery agreed on a specific date. Then we get a call on the wrong day that it is going to be delivered.. We explained that its not correct date. We had paid 1400 SEK to get delivered in the home. We called the customer service, rude, ignorant and claiming that we as a customer had booked the wrong day. Talked to the supervisor, Jessica Alstergren, and she was still persisting on that we where in the wrong. What she could offer was on the curb delivery, and the extra, we paid for inhome delivery will not be paid back. As we really needed what was going to be shipped to us, for our renovation we agreed that DHL to deliver on a Thursday between 08-14, but they don't deliver in this time again. I will never ever ship anything with DHL, and will make sure friends, people who I make business never use DHL. I had take two days off work and loosing income.

It is interesting that nobody answer on the phone call, and I can not find any email to contact? Additionaly on receipt is on Sandingnr. without reference is it Freight or Express DHL. Even though, pretty useless for tracking delivery.
have used several times, never received my delivery on time/date selected on their website. Communication to customer is missing at all. I wonder if receive package this time as they again miss the date/time of delivery and then report back to store that were not able to deliver
Thieves.. They check for the value of the product and suddenly they lose the tracking of the package ! When you ask what happened to my package ? : - We lost it !
Avoid if possible! They failed to deliver and then lost/stole our package. We complained to seller of the product, they send second time. DHL again failed to deliver even that we called them before to confirm. Evently we had to go there (40km) to pick it up because we couldn't wait another day at home for them to maybe come.
A bit confused on finding parcel, so be ready for some wait time.
The office supervisor there is really special.
Rude personnel. Told me after waiting for over 30 minutes that they would call me if they found my package. I told them that they would have to deliver it to me in that case. Then it was found in less then 3 minutes.
