We were warmly welcomed and helped for over one hour by their professional staff (I am the worst at names, otherwise I would definitely mention the lovely woman who helped us, but everyone seemed super friendly). She asked our budget and then proceeded to show us a number of different brands and styles of beds, asking for our feedback, checking our sleeping position and patiently moving mattresses around so we could try different combinations. I am so glad we came here to buy a new bed! We also had coffee and cake while shopping - excellent bonus and made it just a little more luxurious!

Bought Ekens continental bed here, the one with the zones, extremely happy with it as my back feels so much better, helped a lot with the bulge disk I have. As for the store, extremely helpful, nice, great service and by far the best price. I told them what I was offered in other places and what my budget is and they made a real effort to help me, so thank you!

Elgen.se hade lite problem med sina prissättningar på hemsidan, så min beställning fick ett lite för bra pris. Jag mailade & påpekade detta. \David\ som var e-handelsansvarig tog då kontakt & vi kom överens om att jag skulle få 25% rabatt istället som plåster på såret. Vi möttes halvvägs med andra ord. Eftersom det var en beställningsvara, hade jag lite korta funderingar som jag mailade efter vi kommit överens. Men vi kom inte längre än så, utan Elgen.se & David svarade aldrig på det mailet. Det var den 12 Januari. Jag antar det beror på att de egentligen inte kunde ge mig 25% rabatt. Det var en produkt av den dyrare sorten, så jag misstänker att de utgick efter att jag inte kunde betala för mig & därför skulle jag inte ha råd, även om jag fick 25% rabatt. På så vis skulle det slippa några som helst ansvar över min beställning.
