Very sad about this company’s service...:( I can’t speak about the quality, because didn’t get the balloons, but wanted definitely! I tried to get the information about order by writing them on Instagram, they answered first time and once only. After that I wrote them 4 times, one of them was even from different page, but with the same question - please, I want to order.. and still didn’t get any respond( first time I wrote was 12.07, but today 8.08\u200d️) sad, then you want make a party for your lovely friends, but have to use another company, which you don’t want to use

Väldigt trevlig personal. Hjälpsamma och roliga att prata med. De har verkligen kunden i fokus och kommer med många olika lösningar utifrån kundens behov. Dock blev det ett lägre betyg eftersom 2 av mina ballonger exploderade inom loppet av 2-3h, ballonger som kostade mig 600kr, och jag får en kompensation på 60kr.
